Topic: Double stroller for twins
I have the chance to buy a 1 year old Britax B-Ready stroller, with the 2nd seat and one of the matching car seats for $395 (about 400 less than retail) from a mom in my neighborhood.
So I want your advice before I make a rookie mistake.
What we want in a stroller, ideally, in order of importance:
Holds both babies and their carseats
Sturdy wheels so we can go over curbs or on rocky/grassy terrain
Small enough to fit through a standard door & a grocery/shop aisle
Relatively compact/folds relatively easily
Multi-purpose (i.e. I really don't want to buy different strollers for different outings, if possible)
Grows with babies (again so I don't have to buy different strollers for different ages/purposes)
I think the Bob Duallie is too wide for general every day use in an urban area - but I"m not sure if we should just get a snap and go for the carseats, vs. a double stroller?
Or maybe a snap and go for infancy, and a MacLaren Triumph for when the kids are older?
I"m lost. Please advise.
