Topic: 34 weeks!

I can breathe easier at this point... today we have passed the point where if I go into labour I will need to be helicoptered to a bigger city.  Whew... I'd like little man to hang out in there for a bit longer, but maybe not the full 6 weeks!

Re: 34 weeks!

That is great news!!! What a relief.. I sure hope little Jose comes before his due date as well, for your sake. I know this pregnancy has been draining for you. Hang in there, only a few more weeks!

Re: 34 weeks!

Whoooooo hoooo!  Can you believe it!?  That's awesome.  Come on Jose -- not yet, but soon enough!  big_smile

Re: 34 weeks!

You must really live in a rural area. I am glad the baby can be delivered locally. Hang in there mom...not much longer. I can't wait to see a picture of big sister Ivy with her new little brother.

Re: 34 weeks!

wow!  i can't believe you are so close already!  here's hoping jose doesn't hang out too long past full-term.  lol.

Re: 34 weeks!

LOL I don't think we would be considered "rural" but we are a small city, and our hospital is just not set up for preemies.

I am so happy to be almost done this pregnancy.  I want to go back in time and slap myself for every time I said "I love being pregnant" with Ivy.  Sheesh!  From now on, I will have nothing but the utmost sympathy and respect for those people who live with chronic pain, at least mine SHOULD heal on its own after delivery without surgery.

Re: 34 weeks!

That's how I felt, that it was like living with chronic pain. Luckily you get a precious gift at the end and the pain goes away.  smile Almost there!!!
